Female Athlete of the Week
Congratulations to our female athlete of the week!
Andrijana Bokan - WBB
Andrijana Bokan was a powerhouse this weekend, showing her competitive spirit recently back from injury. The fourth year forward had a major role in two wins this weekend over the Red Deer Polytechnic Queens, with a 20-20 double-double on Saturday night! With 28 points and 21 rebounds, she demonstrated why she is a repeat All-Conference player. She was seen all over the court whether pulling up for a mid range, forcing her way up in the post or grabbing rebounds over her opponent, she was unstoppable. Her play keeps a playoff birth hope alive with one last chance to clinch a spot.
The Lions will be playing their final two regular season games this weekend against the Briercrest College Clippers!

Male Athlete of the Week
Congratulations to our male athlete of the week!
Jarom Walton - MBB
Jarom Walton's calm and collected presence allowed him a double-double performance both nights this past weekend. He was awarded player of the game Friday night and continued to put up big stats again. Walton is consistently an impressive player on both ends of the court and has solidified himself as a threat to Ambrose opponents.
The Lions will be playing their final two regular season games this weekend against the Briercrest College Clippers! The Lions will also be recognizing their three graduating men's basketball athletes on Feb 20 as their play their final home game as an Ambrose athlete.
